Experience - 5 Yrs in FMCG (Food and Agro Products)
Should be able to deal in all modern trade and general trade platforms in food and agro products.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales, profitability and exceed business which are inline with company strategy; Drive Brand Activations; Product Placement, Promotions & Merchandising; Distribution Management; Handle end to end sales and marketing activities - MIS, Sales planning, forecasting, market research.
Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members, driving team members to achieve targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
Willing to work in a start-up and build everything from scratch.
Qualification - MBA Marketing
Location - Pune
Salary - 9 to 10 Lakhs per annum
