Head Sales & Marketing (6 to 8 years)

 

Job responsibilities include but is not limited to :

 

·         Sales and marketing development activities all over India.

·         Strategize and executive digital marketing initiatives.

·         Provide strategic inputs for market development.

·         Company network development.

 

Technical / functional skills required:

 

·         Complete knowledge of Welding Automation, SPM, Fixtures.

·         Knowledge of techno commercial aspects of product selling.

·         Capable of getting business from new customers.

 

Managerial skills required:

 

·         Networking abilities

·         Presentation skills (corporate level presentation)

·         Techo-commercial proposal preparation Sales related

·         Team player

 

Salary: INR  6,00,000 - 9,50,000 P.A.

******Testing Development Engineering Manager (Based in Shenzhen)

Responsibilities

  • Define and validation test flow and test plan according to customer requirement or product specification;
  • Work with customers so as to fulfill their requirements on the manufacturing test issue;
  • Test hardware and software design and development, improvement for NPI and MP;
  • Tester fabrication, maintenance and improvement;
  • Test automation design and implementation;
  • Validation for test hardware and software against test plan or product specification;
  • Provide technical and RFQ support to other departments;
  • Provide technical support and make improvement to manufacturing team on current model.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Electronic Engineering related disciplines;
  • Min. 10 years working experience in MNC environment, hands-on experience on manufacturing operation is required with at least 5 years in managerial level;
  • Extensive skills in common testing platform like MCU, LabView, LabWindow is required;
  • Sound knowledge and experience on ICT,FCT,ATE development:
  • Exp in handling products such as servo motors, camera, LCD, touch panel, wifi,BLE, RF etc.
  • Act as adriver  not a developer, company needs a Lab View program development and test system / fixtre design.
  • His hands on experience should be  more close toTesting Engineer and not as development engineer. He Shoud have a good ICT experience..
  • Work on defect analysis and failure analysis;
  • Possess relevant experience in testing consumer products e.g. notebook, tablet, frequency inverter, RF/wireless products, copier/multi-function printer; Exp in Power electronics, Hardware Design
  • Sound knowledge on mobile testing like Android, IOS, or Linux devices is required.
  • Knowledge in developing FPGA test platform is a definite advantage;
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills;
  • Positive and rigorous attitude to get jobs done with high quality and speed, hands-on, good ability to communicate, and a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Stationed in Shenzhen factory is required.

         WONG’S ELECTRONICS CO., LTD

·                    Company Introduction

i.        Hong Kong

Wong’s Electronics Company Limited is located in Hong Kong which is the Head Office established since 1962.  The product category includes office automation, telecom and industrial / equipment.

ii.      Shenzhen

Shenzhen factory is located in Shajing which takes about 50 minutes driving from Hong Kong Boarder.  This factory is established since 1986 with a production space of around 30,000 squaremeter.  The total workforce in the factory is approximately 1800 serving 25 fully integrated SMT/AI manufacturing lines.

 

iii.    Suzhou

Suzhou factory is located in Suzhou Industrial Park which is one hour west of Shanghai.  First and second phase factory space is around 12,500 squaremeter and 40,000 squaremeter respectively.  The pilot run of this factory will be in November 2002’ while mass production will commence in December 2002’.

 

As it is close to customers at East and North China, this factory will support customers in China sales with our domestic sales rights and logistics management.  It serves as service center for customers and aims to offer manufacturing and distribution services at competitive cost.

 

iv.     Working Hours

            The working hours are from 08:00 hours to 17:30 hours every Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 hours to 16:30 hours every other Saturday with alternative Saturday off.

 

v.       Probationary Period

      The incumbent will serve a probationary period of three months with effect from the date of commencement of work.

           

            All newly hired employees are not entitled to any salary review upon the completion of probationary period.

 

vi.     Termination of Service

      Termination of your service can be valid for either party
