·        Full time Senior System Admin position at Moksh Tech leading MSP & Software Development Company at Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad ( www.mokshtech.net )

·        Candidate should have excellent spoken and written English language skills.

·        Provide support to US based clients. Should be willing to work in any of the shifts according to clients requirements.

·        4 - 7+ years experience in a System Admin role

·        4 - 7+ years in customer service

·        Microsoft Certification

·        Candidates having experience in MSP environment and working experience with US based Clients will be given preference.

·        Required Technical Experience:

·        7 + Years of IT Infrastructure experience, as a technical lead in Enterprise Level (1000+ seats) Environments.

·        7 + Years of hands on experience supporting and managing Windows based systems like Active Directory, VMWare, Office 365 Exchange Server.

·        4 + Years of hands on experience supporting and managing virtual & cloud technologies such as VMWare, Office 365, Microsoft Virtual Server, Citrix XenServers.

·        4 + Years of experience with network technologies like firewalls, routers, switches, IPS/IDS.

·        4 + Years of experience with Storage Area Networks (SANs) with EMC, Equallogic, Hewlett Packard, and Dell.

·        Candidates having experience in MSP environment and working experience with US based Clients will be given preference.

·        Proactively manage the infrastructure for customers, identify and remediate underlying issue. Lead and own the IT infrastructure of customers.

·        Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and managing cross functional teams.

·        Ability to provide level 1 / 2 / 3 support as needed to the team.

·        Ability to serve as the Virtual CIO to SMB businesses and provide high level strategic consulting to clients.

·        Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, business management, time management, and developmental skills.

·        Skilled at resolving problems and conflicting situations.

·        Technical certifications focused on Microsoft technologies highly preferred. Coordinate requirements with users and suppliers.

·                    Company Introduction

i.        Hong Kong

Wong’s Electronics Company Limited is located in Hong Kong which is the Head Office established since 1962.  The product category includes office automation, telecom and industrial / equipment.

ii.      Shenzhen

Shenzhen factory is located in Shajing which takes about 50 minutes driving from Hong Kong Boarder.  This factory is established since 1986 with a production space of around 30,000 squaremeter.  The total workforce in the factory is approximately 1800 serving 25 fully integrated SMT/AI manufacturing lines.

 

iii.    Suzhou

Suzhou factory is located in Suzhou Industrial Park which is one hour west of Shanghai.  First and second phase factory space is around 12,500 squaremeter and 40,000 squaremeter respectively.  The pilot run of this factory will be in November 2002’ while mass production will commence in December 2002’. 

As it is close to customers at East and North China, this factory will support customers in China sales with our domestic sales rights and logistics management.  It serves as service center for customers and aims to offer manufacturing and distribution services at competitive cost.

iv.     Working Hours

                The working hours are from 08:00 hours to 17:30 hours every Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 hours to 16:30 hours every other Saturday with alternative Saturday off. 

v.       Probationary Period

        The incumbent will serve a probationary period of three months with effect from the date of commencement of work.               

                All newly hired employees are not entitled to any salary review upon the completion of probationary period. 

vi.     Termination of Service

        Termination of your service can be valid for either party by giving one day’s notice in writing or one day of salary payment in lieu within the first month of probation. During the second month of service, fourteen days notice in writing or fourteen days of salary payment in lieu will be valid for either party. While in the third month of probation, one month’s notice in writing or one month’s salary payment in lieu is needed.  After completing the probationary period of three months, two months’ notice in writing or two months’ salary payment in lieu is needed by either party.                 

        The Company reserves the right to terminate the incumbent’s employment at anytime without notice or payment in lieu of notice, if we find you guilty of misdemeanor, misconduct or negligence.

vii.   Medical & Life Insurance

                The incumbent can be entitled to our company’s medical & life insurance upon joining our company.  Details will be provided on his/her first day of employment.  There is also a company doctor stationed in the Shenzhen plant. 

vii. Holidays & Annual Leave

        The Company holidays are in accordance with the statutory holidays and as shown on the Company calendar.

                Fourteen days of annual leave per year upon completion of one year of service. All annual leave shall be applied in advance. 

viii. Tax

The incumbent will be responsible for the payment of all local People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong taxes.  For senior managers, they have to pay the China tax of about RMB1,785 p.m.  The Hong Kong tax is 15% and normally the taxes paid in China is deductible from that part of the Hong Kong tax. 

ix. Air Ticket

The Company will reimburse to the incumbent the cost of one economy – class air passage for one person from India to Hong Kong at the beginning of the employment and will pay for one economy – class air passage from Hong Kong to India upon termination of the employment (for services of not less than two years).

 

x.            Home Trip

The Company will also provide Home Trip every year from Hong Kong to India and vice versa for the purpose of home visit/vacation during your employment with us.  The cost of reimbursement will be limited to one economy class return ticket and be paid upon original receipts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and validation test flow and test plan according to customer requirement or product specification;
  • Work with customers so as to fulfill their requirements on the manufacturing test issue;
  • Test hardware and software design and development, improvement for NPI and MP;
  • Tester fabrication, maintenance and improvement;
