Job Description

Company: Galactico Corporate Services Limited is a Category I Merchant Banker registered with the

SEBI and aims to provide a one-stop solution for various investment banking & advisory services. It

provides array of services for listed and unlisted companies; such as Valuations, Issue Management (i.e.

SME & Main Board IPOs), Open Offers, Corporate Advisory and Debt Syndication.

Location: 409 & 410, City Square, 29/2, Bhamburda, CTS 1723, Shivaji Nagar, Pune (MH) 411005.

Designation: Front Desk cum Admin Manager

CTC: INR 2.20 2.40 lakhs (Depending upon candidate).

Gender: Female.

Responsibilities:

The 'Front Desk cum Admin Manager' is the face of our organisation for any walk-in client and also for the

staff in general. We expect Candidate to be responsible, dedicated and a thorough professional and to

meet and greet the clients.

Candidate shall also be responsible for:

1. Handling the front desk, welcoming and directing the walk-in clients to the cabins or meeting rooms.

2. Housekeeping Management.

3. Taking care of the basic admin functions like maintenance of stationery, reordering, basic stock taking

of office equipments, etc.

4. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating new business leads. Engage

potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present our services

effectively. Creating Funnels of contacts of Prospective Clients & Professionals and regular follow-ups.

Work collaboratively with the business development team to transition qualified leads. Maintain

accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients.

5. Calling and follow up with clients and vendors and other agencies for updates and meetings.

6. Maintenance Calendar - Follow up and Maintenance of all Electronic gadgets, Expiry dates of

Insurances.

7. Coordinating and scheduling Interviews as per requirement with the help of Agencies and Social Media.

8. Maintaining Employee Records - Making file of every employee which include their KYC documents,

certificate's copy, appointment & offer letter, distributing monthly employee attendance report and

checking monthly salary sheets.

9. Any other role/responsibility (if any) as demanded from the Candidate by the management during the

course of Candidates tenure.
